The 30-year-old, married former dance instructor at Humble ISD has been arrested for having a lesbian sexual relationship with an underage, female student.
According to police, Feenstra engaged in deviate sexual
intercourse with a female student from August 2010 to November 2011. The victim
was 17 at the time of the sexual abuse.
